The White Glove Society gets its nasty roots pulled out. The Omertas get thwarted and handed off to Cochino. Cook-Cook's a bastard and Motorunner is cruel and ineffectual. The Fiends get wiped out and I take special pride in that. He represents everything I tend to despise: assimilation at the loss of personal history, brutality, cruelty, slavery, and subjugation. Same with Caesar but for the benevolence. He's too controlling and while his intentions are good, humanity doesn't need a dictator at this point, no matter how benevolent. The NCR I give partial control of the Hoover Dam to but I clip their wings in the Mohave because they're spread too thin. but sometimes, I let them live away from the tutelage of the Legion. The Boomers live on with the dream of the Lady in the Lake. I pretty much always allow the Brotherhood to continue living under the guidance of Hardin because McNamara is too shortsighted - mostly because I've been a friend to the Brotherhood since the days of the Vault Dweller. Yesman is my ending because it allows me to control which factions survive and which are eradicated.

But as others have said, it's more a matter of perspective and opinion. For me, Yesman seems to be the best way to go.
